Hey girl, hey … do I have a fun “girls day” idea for you!

Several weekends ago I was fortunate to go dress shopping + out to lunch with a few girlfriends.

We hit The Peacock Room (http://www.shoppeacockroom.com/) at the Park Shelton and in less than an hour our girlfriend said “Yes to the Dress.” Afterwards we stopped into sister shop, Frida, next door.

Then we headed to the Fisher Building for more shopping at the original The Peacock Room location and sister shop, Yama.

There’s so much unique shopping to experience in Detroit now, so you’ll find Just One Bite and Sites highlighting some of those places every now and then, as we not only love to support local bites and sites, but shops as well.

Once our shopping was complete we hit Supergeli to celebrate the bride-to-be. More on those yummy bites another day though.
